I'm glad that you had a friendly massage therapist, Jane. :) Did Jen ask you if you have any injuries or any other medical condition that she should know about? I hope she did, because before starting with the massage, they should ask if there is anything important that they should know about, especially with regards to past injuries.

Gregg MulherinAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02528751706295871751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8380679873657248215.post-12452298447482401352012-10-19T04:25:50.021-07:002012-10-19T04:25:50.021-07:00It's a matter of regularity. Perhaps our bodies adapt and reassure themselves "Just seven more days and we get another one! We can totally do this!"Gingerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07728780415534447590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8380679873657248215.post-66258095607672087412012-09-09T10:57:34.899-07:002012-09-09T10:57:34.899-07:00Thanks, Peggy, and I couldn't agree more with ...Thanks, Peggy, and I couldn't agree more with your massage comments. Trouble is, when it was over, I was good for nothing the rest of the day. If there's such a thing as too relaxed, I was! Wet noodle is an overused cliché, but that's the only way I can think of to describe how I felt. It was wonderful! Just didn't last long enough. The next day, I started to tighten up again. When it is perfected to the point that the effects will last a week or more, I'll pay whatever it costs to have one of those! Great post!Peggy~https://www.blogger.com/profile/00377340852768883282noreply@blogger.com
